I was thinking about what things I really use a lot when homeschooling and one thing that stuck out was FREE sites for my preschool son. I wanted some places we could go to have some “simple fun” while still learning and I really like FREE so I thought I would share some of my favorite free sites for Pre-K with you!

How do I take that first step to show me where to start with a prek child. I was homeschooled from 6 the grade up and I understand about 1st grade and up but how do I get him to focus and what do I start with.

Hi Amanda, I would suggest a routine so that there is an expectation. Short lessons! Summer is a great time to build habits like this. Morning room time really helped us with this: https://www.hodgepodge.me/2015/05/use-summer-to-build-habits/ and here is something I shared on starting a homeschool routine: https://www.hodgepodge.me/2012/08/how-to-start-a-homeschool-routine/ Celebrate small steps!
