This saints book is a great help for kids. They will easily know or be familiar with the saints in the bible too. Surely, best recommended for kids. Thumbs-up for this! :)

Hi Angi,
What a cute idea for a First Communion gift !
Hi Nicole,
I never thought about matching up saints to Historical Time Periods, what a good way to study them !

Thanks for commenting on my article, you all, I'm new to this reviewing stuff. : )

I personally don't believe in saints, but I love reading these kind of stories. This would be a fun book to incorporate into a middle school study of the Middle Ages. If it were for high school, though, I would just make the kid read Bede. He mixes a lot of stories about British saints into his Ecclesiastical History of the English People. Thanks for highlighting a fun resource.

I bought this book from Amazon for one of our little friends for First Communion last year. This was such a neat book, and I meant to get one for us. Thanks for the reminder!
