I don't know of any written specifically for high school children. However, the Sir Cumference stories are very good for any age level in my opinion. I just finished reading Sir Cumference and the Knights of the Round Table with a 4th grader and 7th grader as a jump start to a lesson about find the diameter, radius and circumference of a circle. If your freshman is struggling, maybe these are just the books to add some excitement back into math. Is there any math stories like these that are at her grade level? She struggles with math so this is where I am really hoping to find something that makes since to her.
